Payment and Transaction Policy for Tour Providers

1. Commission Rates
- Standard Commission Rates: Commission rates will be competitive within the industry, typically ranging from 10% to 20%. The exact percentage will depend on the type of the tour provider (Tour Guide/Company) and the title achieved by the tour provider (Guide/Superguide/Explorer/Adventurer/Voyager/Elite).
- The titles of the tour providers will be updated automatically based on their activity.
- Tour providers will be informed of the applicable commission rate for their services during the onboarding process.
- Tour provider titles and their respective conditions and commissions are as follows:

2. Payouts
- Tour providers will receive their earnings, minus the applicable commission, within 5 days after the completion of the tour. Payouts will be facilitated through our secure payment system.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Tourist cancellations
- Tourists may cancel a booking with a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 5 days before the scheduled tour.
- For cancellations made within 2 - 5 days before the tour, 50% of the total booking amount may be retained to compensate the tour provider for lost opportunities and any collateral costs.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, 80% of the total booking amount may be retained to compensate the tour provider for lost opportunities and any collateral costs.
3.2. Tour provider cancellations
- In the event of a tour provider canceling a confirmed booking, alternative arrangements will be offered to the tourist. If an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the tourist
- In the event of a tour provider canceling a confirmed booking, the tour provider may be subject to penalties that include one or more of the following:
- A payment that does not exceed 50% of the canceled tour price
- A change of title achieved by the tour provider
- A temporary or permanent suspension from the platform
- For cancellations due to circumstances that are beyond both parties, alternative arrangements will be offered to the tourist. If an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the tourist
- Jawla shall discuss any disputes between the tourist and the tour provider in a personalized manner to reach an agreement that suits the situation. If disputes were not resolved internally, the previously mentioned policies will be enforced
