2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Tourists Cacellations
- Tourists may cancel a booking with a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 5 days before the scheduled tour.
- For cancellations made within 2 - 5 days before the tour, 50% of the total booking amount may be retained to compensate the tour guide for lost opportunities and any collateral costs.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, 80% of the total booking amount may be retained to compensate the tour guide for lost opportunities and any collateral costs.
2.2. Tour Provider Cancellations
- In the event of a tour guide canceling a confirmed booking, alternative arrangements will be offered to the tourist. If an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the tourist.
For cancellations due to circumstances that are beyond both parties, alternative arrangements will be offered to the tourist. If an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the tourist.
Jawla shall discuss any disputes internally between the tourist and the tour provider in a personalized manner to reach an agreement that suits the situation. If disputes are not resolved internally, Jawla’s Payment and Transaction Policy will be enforced.
