Terms and Conditions for Tour Providers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a tour provider on Jawla, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use for Tour Providers.

2. Account Registration

  • Tour providers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Tour providers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.

3. Listing Tours and Activities

  • Tour providers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their tours and activities. Failure to do so could result in financial penalties as per our Payment and Transaction Policy.
  • Jawla reserves the right to review and approve or reject tour listings.

4. Booking and Transactions

  • Tour providers agree to honor bookings made through the Platform.
  • All transactions conducted through the Platform are subject to our Payment and Transaction Policy.

5. Communication with Tourists

  • Tour providers agree to respond promptly to inquiries and messages from tourists.
  • Communication must be professional and in compliance with Jawla policies.

6. Responsibilities of Tour Providers

  • Tour providers are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the tours and activities they offer.
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations is the responsibility of the tour provider.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Tour providers grant Jawla a license to use, display, and promote their tour information on the Platform.
  • Jawla retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Platform.

8. Termination

Jawla reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of a tour provider for violation of these terms or for any reason at its discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

Jawla may modify these terms for tour providers at any time. Tour providers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms for tour providers are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman.
