I turn boring or challenging Omani hikes into safe and unforgettable adventures. I'm a guide for whom the mountains and caves of Oman are not just a route, but a passion. I adore everything related to nature and outdoor activities. My interest is hiking and rock climbing. I believe that 99% of success in adventures is safety. With me, participants feel confident and willing to come back again to repeat amazing emotional experience. I have excellent physical condition and ability to lead groups of any difficulty, but my superpower is to lead the way. I handle stressful situations confidently and am able to make effective decisions fast. My experience of running big teams and training in psychology taught me the skills to anticipate and resolve conflicts, and see an individual approach and pay attention to each participant. My public speaking and coaching skills help me conduct clear and understandable briefings, motivate participants, and convey important information in an accessible manner, even in noisy or uncomfortable environments. I don't just lead; I teach and inspire. I can turn a challenging climb into an engaging workshop, and a description of the area into a captivating story. For me, leadership isn't just about completing a route; it's about creating an atmosphere of mutual support and safety so that each participant feels valued and helpful and wants to return again. I have first aid skills and decision-making skills in stressful situations. I have experience hiking in Jabal Shams, Via Ferrata, Al Hoota Cave, Snake Canyon, 7 Holes Cave, and abseiling.
