Al Khandaq Fort is a square 19th-century fort in Al Buraimi, Oman, of about 3,070 sqm, named for the defensive moat (khandaq) encircling it, with four corner towers and roughly ten rooms. Walk the towers and courtyards, view the moat and explore the barracks, prison, mosque and corridors inside the restored fort.
