Falaj al-Mutarid is one of Oman's largest historic irrigation systems, about 35 km long, in the Wadi al Jizzi hinterland of Al Batinah North, Oman, operating around 1000-1500 AD. Visitors see the ancient water channel, which holds heritage interest.
