Overview
Dhalkut is a wilayat on the far western coast of Dhofar Governorate, Oman, bordering Al Mahrah Governorate in Yemen and facing the Arabian Sea. It lies between Al Mazyunah inland to the west and Rakhyut to the east. Like the rest of the Dhofar coast it greens during the khareef monsoon, with seasonal waterfalls off the mountains, and it remains one of Oman's most remote settlements.
