Ayn Hamran is a natural spring and one of the greenest of Salalah's eastern springs, set at the foot of a rocky escarpment. Water gathers among fig and dense native trees where camels graze and birds gather, and a short path leads toward the cliffs. A premier Dhofar birding spot, especially lush during khareef, it sits on the same eastern circuit as Ayn Razat and Wadi Darbat.
One of Dhofar's top birdwatching springs; bring binoculars.
