Al Jalali Fort is a 16th-century Portuguese fort in Muscat, Oman, guarding the eastern side of Muscat harbour beside Al Alam Palace and now serving as a private cultural museum. You can admire and photograph the clifftop fort from the harbour and palace area, as the interior is reserved for state guests and not open to the public.
