Manah is a historic wilayat in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman, lying just south of Nizwa and bordered by Adam, Izki and Nizwa. Its best-known landmark is Harat Al Bilad, a fortified old quarter of distinctive mud-brick architecture, alongside Al Fiqain Fort and several old mosques noted for their finely carved mihrabs. The wilayat is watered by around thirteen aflaj and sits about 160 km from Muscat.
