Jabal Akhdar (the 'Green Mountain') is a high plateau in Ad Dakhiliyah, Oman, part of the Al Hajar range. Cool year-round, it is famous for terraced gardens of Damask roses that bloom in spring, dramatic canyon viewpoints, traditional villages, and mountain hiking.
