Jabreen Castle (Jibreen) is an elegant 1670s castle in Ad Dakhiliyah, Oman, about 7 km from Bahla, famed for its painted timber ceilings with floral motifs and Quranic calligraphy and known as a former centre of learning. Visitors view the painted ceilings, the latticed-window courtyard, hidden burial chambers and horse room on an audio tour across 55 rooms.
